Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: No booking is guaranteed, all bookings are subject to the terms of the cancellation policy. Additionally, each session is subject to the photographer’s availability, and in some cases, sessions may need to be rescheduled if required. Cancellation: The photgrapher(s) reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time. If the photographer(s) cancel the booking a full refund of the deposit will be provided. Cancellations requests made by the client must be emailed to hello@thebigpicturecreative.com. Cancellation requests must be receieved at least 30 days prior to the event date in order to recieve a refund for the deposit. If cancellation requests are received any less than 30 days prior to the event date, the client will forefit the entirety of the deposit. Rescheduling: The photgrapher(s) reserves the right to reschedule any booking at any time. If a booking must be rescheduled the photographer(s) will make every attempt to ensure the rescheduled date aligns with the clients needs. If an agreement cannot be met for the rescheduled date a full refund of the deposit will be provided. If the client would like to reschedule, changes to the booking can be made up to 30 days prior to the event date, either through the website or by emailing hello@thebigpicturecreative.com. Bookings cannot be rescheduled any less than 30 days prior to the event date. Cancellations will be made if needed, but are subject to the terms of the cancellation policy. These policies are for online bookings only. Once an online booking has been made and a deposit has been received, a formal contract will be sent to the client.
