Rob and Karitsa's day didn't go 100% according to plan... The stunning courtyard ceremony they envisioned, was unfortunately hindered by something every bride and groom fear for their outdoor wedding... rain.
However, that did not stop the day from being a ball of fun and love. Heritage Park hustled and made space for them indoors, creating an intimate space for everyone to share their support of the two lovebirds.
Luckily the rained stopped by the time the ceremony came around which allowed for time outside after the ceremony and everyone got their hugs and laughs in, allowing us to take some downtime pictures of all the guests, which has to be one of our favorite parts. The interaction between people on such a happy day and the sun peaking out just enough to make for perfectly lit photos. We had so much fun capturing these in-between's!
Ok, so... Heritage Park is truly a hidden gem in Calgary!! When it came time for photos with Rob & Karitsa, we had so many ideas for fun and quirky photos that just suited their personalities to a 'T'. We could honestly spend a whole day in this park using the buildings and unique features for photos!
The rest of the evening was a blast with speeches, games, messy cake cutting and dancing. Seriously, it was a vibe and we loved every moment of it!
